Pueraria Root Powder
Pueraria lobata, also called kudzu, known for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. It contains a variety of flavonoids, such as puerarin, pueraria isoflavone, also essential minerals such as iron, calcium, copper, is a rare tonic for young and old.In traditional Chinese medicine, pueraria is used in prescriptions for treatment of thirst, headache, and stiff neck with pain due to high blood pressure. Also used as a treatment for angina pectoris.
Kudzu Root Extract Powder is made the dried root of Pueraria Mirifica. The main active ingredients are pueraria flavones and pueraria isoflavones. The flavonoids include puerarin, daidzin, daidzein and so on.
Puerarin is an isoflavone derivative with a crown-expanding effect isolated from the Chinese medicine Pueraria. It exists in the roots of legumes and puerarin.It has antipyretic, sedative and increased coronary blood flow, and has a protective effect on vasopressin-induced acute myocardial hemorrhage.Clinically used for coronary heart disease angina pectoris, hypertension.
